The Avenue Gdańsk

Programme Aims

Learn about the programme overview, its aims and the character traits participants develop.

Overview

The Avenue is a mentoring programme for female secondary school students. The mentors at The Avenue are women who have found their place in both their personal and professional lives, feel fulfilled, and are willing to share their experience and knowledge.

Our aim is to help teenage girls see life from a broader perspective. We want to encourage them to develop the skills and attitudes that will be essential in their future personal, family, and professional lives.

Through a variety of meetings, workshops, and, above all, one-to-one mentoring, young women will broaden their horizons, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and build self-confidence. This will enable them to set ambitious goals and pursue their dreams. In doing so, they will also be inspired to engage in social and charitable activities.
