Programme Framework

The programme is based on Stephen R. Covey's “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. It explores responsibility, goal setting, relationships, communication, cooperation, leadership and purposeful rest.

The Mark is a programme for young people aged 15–17. It helps participants understand themselves, develop meaningful relationships, set goals and consciously shape their future.
